Why I Created MyNurtura: A Mother's Journey to Rebuild, Redefine & Feel Again

Becoming a mother changed everything. From my body to my identity, I found myself searching for something that made me feel held both physically and emotionally. But most shapewear felt rigid, unforgiving and made by people who hadn't walked in my shoes.

Nurtura was born out of that gap. A brand created by a mum, for mums. I wanted softness, support, and shapes that honoured what our bodies have done - not punished us for how they've changed.

Every piece in our collection is made to feel like comfort, without compromise. Designed with natural fabrics, intuitive fits, and details that support real movement, breastfeeding, and everyday womanhood.

Every piece has been thoughtfully evolved to prioritise comfort, support and long-lasting wear, shaped by real bodies and real life.
