Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to feel fully supported in your MyNurtura pieces. If your order isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery via our contact page.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
• All bodysuits include a hygiene protection label that allows you to try on your items.
• The hygiene label must remain fully attached and undamaged for returns to be accepted.
• Tags and safety seals must also be intact.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any items returned without hygiene labels or tags intact.
• Worn or washed items.

If Your Item Is Faulty:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us via email hellonurtura@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly. 

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
